2. Product Information
- We strive to display all products as accurately as possible
- Slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
- All products are subject to availability
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time
We offer the following payment options:
Prepaid Orders:
- Full payment must be made at the time of purchase via available online payment methods
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests made after 2 hours will not be accepted, as the order may already be processed
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD):
- A fixed advance payment of ₹199 is required to confirm all COD orders
- This advance amount is strictly non-refundable if the order is refused, not accepted, or cancelled at the time of delivery
- If the order is successfully accepted, the ₹199 will be adjusted against the total order value
- The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or decline COD orders at our discretion
- Cancel orders that appear fraudulent or high-risk
- Restrict COD services for customers with repeated order refusals
In case of eligible prepaid cancellations, refunds will be processed as per our policies.
4. Orders & Acceptance
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a refund will be processed for any prepaid amount.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 2 working days
- Delivery timelines typically range between 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on location
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or logistics issues beyond our control
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect products
- An unboxing video (starting from opening the package) is mandatory for all claims
- Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or personal preference
7. Jewellery Care & Usage
- Our jewellery is anti-tarnish and water-resistant, but proper care is essential for longevity
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, sprays, and harsh chemicals
- Perfume should never be applied directly on or near jewellery
- Damage caused due to improper handling or care will not be considered a manufacturing defect
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of The Gulmarg
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Gulmarg shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased
