Refund policy

At The Gulmarg, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain quality and fairness.

Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect products.

An unboxing video (starting from opening the package) is mandatory for all claims. Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.

The product must be unused and returned with its original tag intact. Products without tags will not be eligible for return.

You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed as store credit (wallet credit).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹199 advance is required to confirm the order. This amount is strictly non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery. If accepted, the amount is adjusted in the final payable price.
